01Eligible purchases

Pro 12-Month ($139), Core Set ($179) and Complete Step 1 Vault ($249), bought directly on steplobe.com. Subscriptions, single books and purchases from resellers or app stores are not covered.

02Start early enough

Start your StepLobe study plan at least 45 days before your official Step 1 exam date, and sit the exam within 12 months of purchase.

03The 96% Green Rule

Keep at least 96% of your scheduled plan tasks green. A task turns green when you tick it on its scheduled day; you can still tick a missed task for up to 48 hours, after which that day locks. Questions above 400 in a single day don't count toward the plan.

04Exams before test day

Complete at least 6 StepLobe Weekly Exams and 1 full Test-Day Mode simulation (all 14 blocks, 280 questions) before your exam day, scoring more than 62% on that Test-Day Mode. You can repeat Test-Day Mode; your best completed score counts.

05How to claim

Within 30 days of your official result, send us the official score report showing a fail, in the same name as your StepLobe account. We may verify it with a 2-minute live screen-share or a view of the official portal.

06What you get

Your choice: a full refund of the eligible purchase, or a free 12-month extension of StepLobe Pro.

07Not covered

Accounts that are shared, purchases that were charged back, exams not taken, or plans not followed under the rules above. One claim per person.
